SCHEDULED SERVICE

ADA (AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT)
- This service applies to each customer within ¾ mile of PATS Fixed Routes.
- Each stop is $2.00. Monday-Saturday 6:00 AM- 6:00 PM
- Rate for McCracken County residents outside city limits is $1.75/mile

MEDICAID
Non-emergency Medical Transportation is for Medicaid members who do not have access to free transportation that suits their medical needs and need to be transported to a Medicaid covered service.
For transportation outside of a member's medical service area or for specialty care, a referral from a member's primary care physician is required. Travel to pharmacies is not covered.
Medicaid transportation requires a 72 hour advance reservation. For more information or to reserve Medicaid transportation, call Audubon Area Community Services Inc. (AACS/GRITS) at 1-844-575-9676 or 1-270-575-9119. TTY number is 1-844-575-4590.
- PATS Medicaid Services will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
- Services will be closed when roads are hazardous. PATS resumes service as roads are cleared.

AIRPORT SERVICE
- Transportation between
Barkley Regional Airport and area hotels/motels near I-24 Exit 4 (Kentucky Oaks Mall area) and I-24 Exit 3 (Cairo Rd) are a flat $10 rate.
- We also provide transportation from Barkley Regional Airport to Harrah's Metropolis Casino.
